From the church of Saint Joseph in Nazareth
Saint Joseph is the Patron of the Universal Church and foster father to our Lord Jesus. Pope Francis has proclaimed 2021 a “year of Saint Joseph.” He has many titles, with one of my favorite being “Terror of Demons.” The Church of St. Joseph tradition holds, was possibly built over his workshop in Nazareth. The church stands in the shadow of the Church of the Annunciation, and is adorned with beautiful paintings and stained glass depicting the Holy Family.
