Cave of the Annunciation in Nazareth
The Church of the Annunciation in Nazareth is built over the cave, that tradition reveals to be the home of Mary. This is where the Archangel Gabriel appeared to Mary and told her she would become the mother of the Son of God. Mary responded: “Let it be done to me according to your word.”
